Your Teacher….
Host and Guide, Chinmayi Dore
Chinmayi feels that yoga saved her life after a nervous breakdown in 2006. She left a 23-year career in senior banking to practice, study and learn to teach yoga to as many people as possible.
She has undertaken three teacher training programmes totalling 700hrs, with many return visits to Rishikesh in India to further develop her knowledge and skills in the many facets of yoga, including the yogic lifestyle, devotional practices and traditional meditation techniques.
She has been hosting workshops, retreats and yoga holidays for almost a decade. Her approach has always been to teach practices and ideas for optimal health, profound healing and lasting happiness. The emphasis is on making small changes to your lifestyle , meaning the benefits of the retreat continue long after the week ends.
Her warmth, enthusiasm and experience help retreatants to feel welcome, comfortable and immediately at ease. This makes her a wonderful guide and offers support for the intricate journey of self-exploration, healing and growth.
